Looking for opinion on the TTI coatings.... I noticed they offer a black coating, anyone use this and is it any better than the ceramic coating ( stains ect ) Thanks

Ceramic coating comes in other colors so it's likely the same material.

I bought a raw set yeas ago and was going to have them coated locally as I wanted something other than silver, but the place that does ceramic coating dropped that option and just does powder coating only.

Someone said they can make them in stainless steel and that sounds like the way to go, although I bet it costs a LOT more.

My TTI's were the bright, polished coating. They turned that beautiful gold color I've always associated with a well used set of stainless.
