Trying to remove the sleeve off a ‘72 b body column and it is not budging. Using a puller but the sleeve is not coming off the spline. I put this sleeve on a few years ago when swapping steering wheels but it’s not wanting come off now. Thoughts?

Sometimes a little snug, but I've gotten them off with a good puller and the two long 3/8 bolts.

put the puller on, put some tension on it, then using a long drift and a hammer hit the sleeve.

They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.

I find the shorter the bolts, the less sideways deflection of the puller. Keep twisting - it will come off.
