If it's anything like my Dakota or 3500 diesel, you'll need a breaker bar and socket to fit the idler/tensioner pulley bolt. Pull it enough (the pully & arm it's on will move like a lever) to relieve the tension on the serpentine belt, slip it off and pull it out from around the pullies & fan. Do the opposite to reinstall. (Just have a diagragm handy of the belt routing.)

Take note of the belt routing, put a ratchet or breaker bar on the tensioner and relieve the tension to get the old off/put the new on.
