Anyone run a BGE at 4.125 bore? Seems from the sonic checks I've seen its not a problem.

The 463 we are building for my 09 Ram is 4.165 bore BGE block, the thinnest part is #8 cylinder , towards the back of the block, it's .131 on the Non thrust side facing the back of the block, it's a NA build. the major thrusts all average .185. Ric has a pair of 454's (4.125X4.25) that has been running around Philly for 2 years now. #1 engine is fine ,3 trans and one front end later, it's still running strong. # 2 sits more than it's driven.

over the weekend I was over my friend Vince's shop they had 364 BGE (4.125X3.4)W305 Whipple , ThiTek heads running 28lbs of boost on the mustang dyno...supposedly that's been together for 3 years now.....best pull was 1550 thru a FTI power glide.
