6.1 heads only have a reversible bolt pattern or only the 6.1 manifolds fit flipped?
Difficult...matter of perspective I guess. I used OEM manifolds on my 383 because for a street car that was going to see a bazillion heat cycles I didn't trust myself to make anything that would hold up (would have done weld el based logs if I had to)

Yes, I meant swapped side to side but I wrote flipped. Flipped might help with stock suspension clearance but I would expect them to interfere with the heads at the exit. The weird RV/van big block ones I used are the only mopar manifolds I know of for any engine that can be flipped upside down and clear as well as still get spark plugs in.

The flanges I bought to build mine are the same as what the srt headers have like in those listings. To face them forward, you could drill the holes or slot the bottoms to line up. The non srt don't have material where you would need to relocate the holes/slots like those do.
