NV3500 or getrag 238 stronger?

I still keep wanting to do a manual trans in my 4x4 1/2 ton with a 6.4 but am scared of the trans situation, witch one is stronger? Are there any options out there I am not aware of?

With a 6.4, I would go with a Nv4500 or a G56.
But to answer the questions 238 over the Nv3500
