Any tricks to removing stuck MDS sensors without breaking them? Have a guy who's has asked me... I don't know!

twist it back and forth first, then with a flat screw driver on both sides gently pry up

Patience is key here. They break VERY easily. Pry and twist like mentioned above. Lots of penetrating oil doesn't hurt either. Sometimes a rust ridge forms between the solenoid o-ring and top of the block making it a b#%!@ to get them out.

I tried carefully to remove some last week from a 30k mile engine, not one came out without breaking... block was broke anyways, but tried to save them.
