Trans options in a 70 E body

What Trans options are to back the Gen3 Hemis that will allow NO floor sheet metal modifications? What can be used with the stock console and floor shifter (Auto)
What are the Manual options? Again still retaining a stock look on the inside?

You can bolt anything behind a Gen III you can a SB Mopar. 727,A833 etc.

This. You are basically limited to 70's era options if you are not going to consider any floor alterations.

There's the Passion 5spd, but you'd have to join the eternal waiting list.

I have a couple customers with 44RH and 46RH with no floor mods in their e-body and at least 1 is a console, can't remember the other but neither had to mess with the floor just the crossmembers and grind a couple ribs on the OD case.

anyone PUT A 700r4 behind one yet, this is the route I am considering in my A body for the OD non electronic. looks like physical size should fit.

A41 4spd auto, .070 OD from SST/Silver Sport Transmissions, no floor mods, tranny crossmember is a bolt in, factory slap stick retained, complete kit from bellhousing to driveshaft, converter, flexplate, speedo cable, tranny crossmember, mount, tranny lines, controller to program shift points/lock up, depending on what HP/Torque model you choose your going to drop $4500-$6500
