Torque plate - 11/12/15 07:30 PM

Does anyone have one of these I can rent, borrow or buy?

I thought Dan or someone might have made them in the past.

Would like to use one on my new build.

Thanks!

My thought as well. They get $65 to rent one for two weeks normally. Plus shipping both ways it adds up quick.

G&M Honest performance in Federal Way is doing the machine work. The owner and his sons are local racers who I'm pretty close with. I wanted a little more personalized service and someone to bounce ideas off so this works for me.

How much did the Torqueplate set you back?

$365 with washers to duplicate stock head height.

Are they steel or aluminum? My personal opinion I don't think steel would duplicate the stock head (being aluminum) very well when bolted down. I would bolt the stock heads down then measure from underneath at different points, do the plate, then remeasure to see if the same.

that's my problem. I can't find anybody in this seattle area that i'm comfortable with and I don't want to send my stuff across country. I haven't spoke to honest performance. if your comfortable with them I might have to give them a shout.
