LCA poly bushings for an a-body

Hope you guys can help steer me in the right direction. 1970 Duster race car only, I want free movement in the front suspension for weight transfer. Has to be all stock parts. Will the poly bushings give me this? I see a set from Jeggs called prothane, upper and lower pieces. Anyone used these? Don't care if they squeak just as long as the are free moving. Any other suggestions will be considered. Thanks

Try the proforged bushing with greaseable pins with zerks.

The bushings come with sleeves and there are slots to spread the grease to make sure its lubed and freed up. Try adding a small slot laterally on the poly bushing to match up with the grease hole on the pin. That will spread the grease better.

Sprerical strut rods will free up a lot of movement too.

You can even go so far as low friction upper ball joints. You need to maintain, check, and adjust these periodically on a race car.

QA1 sells these for K727 large screw in ball joints. So does Howe and probably others.

Here's a QA1 spherical strut rod. Hotchkis and others make these too.
