Can you go straight to an 11.75 rotor and slider caliper/bracket on this rotor if you've already got the KH brakes?

No, not as is. You can buy a pair of the Dr.Diff bearing spacers and then it works just fine. I just did the same swap on my '70 Bee, but used the pin style.
