split mono leaf springs - ride height

They offer -1" stock ride height and +1"

Any body here with a picture?
I´m not sure what stock ride height actually is.

I got the +1's and it sat lower than stock. Got tired of getting my lower g=back beat up on the street, so I went with to Passenger side 2800- 3000lbs 68 a-body Super Stock springs. They are by far the best riding springs I've ever had in the car, 1 1970 e-body with 440 & Dana. The car transfers weight better and seems to launch harder than with the Caltracs, but that is on the street, not on a smooth track with slicks.

I have -1" with caltracs on my Challenger but this is with a 315/60/15 Drag Radial so it looks like it still stii kind of high.
