Mid 85 but only 2bbl ones.

85 cars got roller cam #302 heads carb then TBI

trucks got roller cam TBI 318 in 86-87

truck 360 tbi went roller cam in 89 with #308 heads

85-86 trucks got roller blocks with flat tappet cams 2v & 4V carbs.

all the roller gear swaps over to a roller block to convert a pre-mag LA engine.

early stock roller lifters used a solid PR with non oil thru roller lifters, 90-91 they went to hollow PR and oil thru roller lifters--getting ready for the magnum engine in 92

My fail-safe source of 318 roller engines is Fifth Avenues. There were at least two, maybe three+ model years with rollers, and they didn't get driven hard.

With the sole exception of the 81 Imperial there was NEVER a 318 CAR with TBI.

In cars 2bbl is roller cam, 4bbl is not, from mid 85 till end of production.
