Another Barn Find. 1969 Road Runner - 12/30/10 11:39 PM

Well I ran across a car that I saw back in 1983 that was sitting in a old barn/shop. The car was raced in the 1970's and has 56,000 orginal miles on it. I Picked it up today and I am takling it to the body shop to get it painted Hemi orange and then it is time for a Hemi motor for it. It has a dana 60 in it now with 31x10.5w's on the back.

I will keep you all updated on it and By the way I am glad to have found this site.

Here is one where I was hauling it off with the orginal wheels that was on it. I changed those today. They where way old school.

Nothing is wrong with it, you car looks great. This was a race car and I am just going to let it go back to what it did best. be a race car. And those wheels at heavy!!!!

Nice! I'd be doing what you are I think. Clean it up, leave the go-fast stuff on it and add some more go-fast to make it even better.

Looking for my old race cars. - 01/02/11 04:00 PM

I am looking for my old race cars I built. One of them is a 1964 Plymouth and the other is a 1993 Daytona. The 65 was sold to a man in kanas and the 93 was sold to a man in california. If anyone knows of these please contact me!!!

Looks good! I wonder if the Dana is original to the car? Is it an original lift off hood 6 pak car or a Hemi 4 speed car with a fiberglass hood added to it? It's a nice find but either of those would be a very cool find!
