My project: 1991 Dodge D-150 2wd - 08/04/09 11:11 PM
Hey all, Im 17 and live here in Arkansas, Ive always been into Mopars and my family have amassed quite a collection. This is the newest addition. I dragged it home from another town and got to work on it. It seems solid and its a 318, seems like it has a lockup converter, A/C, crank windows, and 3.90 cogged rear end. Heres the pics of progress so far:
Washin it off right after bringin it home, note the side molding and wheels
In the shop for the first time, got a good cleaning and waxing, brought back some of the paints life
Grille inserts and headlight buckets removed, prepped for paint
Inserts and buckets repainted and put back in
New backglass put it then cleaned up
Painted the stock wheels black and the lug nuts black, they came out really good
All the work pays off, got a new set of tires on it, new calipers, new window crank, new backglass and painted the wheels.
My plan is to level it with shackles, get the A/C workin, tint the windows, flat black the hood, make some Super Bee tail stripes, update the interior and drive it as a "factory" upgraded D-150. Thanks for lookin
