1969 Dodge Dart Chassis Car

Here is are 1969 Dodge dart we are building.Me and my father..
It is an All Round tube chassis mild steel.Has a 9" Ford Brace with 40 spline alxes and Spool.Has front strut with Rack-in-pinion and Strange front Brakes

Looks like a fun project. It will be a far cry from the stock 340 "Swinger" my mom and dad had when I was a kid

We now have all the Interior made and ready for Powder Coat..Also got the Fiberglass Doors hung.

Well Took a Picture of the Dart yesterday 8/31/2010 got the Dart back from Painter have not been working on it as much.Now starting to put it back together.

Looks great so far.

Whats the powerplant and and goal ET wise. Keep the pics coming.

The Motor is a 512ci with Indy CNC heads Single Carb.Motor has been 5.18 1/8 mile & 8.16 1/4 mile at 166 mph in another Door car.So it should be close to that as the weight is about the same.
