Here's the motor a 493 with indy 440-1 heads,I had it in a 72 cuda the best time in the 1\8 mile was 6.13 not bad for 3200 lb car

I tried welding sheet metal today.This will take practice alot of practice look like butt welding is going to be the hard part.

Be very patient and do not try going to fast as you will end up with warped panels. This also applies to grinding the welds, it is so easy to over heat and again warp the panels. Practice on scrap for awhile first. It is very easy to get frustrated and pooch things up. Keep the regulator set at between 20 and 25, the gas does not last long in a bottle. Good luck

I got to work the cuda a little this week. Dang rust had to remove
the cowl but it will be worth it. i was thinking light racecar but how im leaning toward street car now
