Never Made: 1968 Super Bee Convertible Project Update - 02/07/12 05:22 PM

Seems like all I want to do these days is work on them, finish them, then start another one.

In 1968 Dodge never made a SuperBee convertible so I thought I would. She's almost finished except for interior so I thought I would share my trials and tribulations with you if you're interested.

Here's the link and I believe there are now 6 pages with the continuing link at the bottom of each page. If you find any broken links please let me know.

Hey Dave, thanks a lot for looking and my sincere thanks for the kudos. I don't go to any car shows anymore, just don't have the time and I'm out in the middle of no where so no one comes over. It's just me and the "Muscle Car Factory Farm" every day 24/7, but that's okay with me.

That is a great looking car! Love the B-Body convertibles. Also searched around your site, saw the part on the fire, and said 'holy crap' out loud! People get really stupid about fire and a 'little' wind. Glad nobody was hurt.

Great pictures of the Car. Your doing fantastic work. I want to do a B body convertible next..On the hunt since my restoration is nearly complete Keep the photos coming...

I noticed that you might be installing the 413 Long Ram intake manifolds? Just an FYI, they won't likely fit due to the B-body inner fender wells being narrower/taller than the big cars the Long Rams originally came on. I've seen them installed on B-body cars but only after some pretty major hacking was done to the upper shock tower/inner fender areas.

I saw them in a 65 Coronet and they had the inner fenders cut up near the hood hinge area
