i have an inland shifter i think is from a later truck or van.
is this thing worth anything, or should i just scrap it ?

I would think that the shifter itself would fit numerous, if not all, applications.
The mounting adapter & rods & levers at the trans end would adapt it to different transmissions.
I could be wrong, but that would have been the clever way to manufacture & sell them.
Value ? Outside of a restorer, probably not much.

I have a really nice round black knob from a 71 3-speed Cuda shifter. It has coarse LEFT hand thread. Same knob for your truck application? WINGNUT
