At 0.33 in on the video, the speedometer shows numbers going up to 200, so it may have been built in or for another country.

Speedy is kilometers per hour. Given where it is located its likely from Mexico or South and Central America especailly given its written in Spanish

Notice the spare tire bottom is flat and looks shallow?
Most Mexican Mopars that are sort of sporty have lived a very rough life.
Inspect this car in person veeeeerrrrry closely.
Would not be surprised if this was bondo’d up and painted south of the border.
