$$ Cash is King, NO Cashiers’ Check (Almost got scammed)
Almost is better than did.
At $3500 its not bad, but more information would be helpful.
Something tells me that this RC has been rode hard and put away wet.
That's one of those ads that can either get you a smoking deal or is total waste of time. "Needs work" can mean anything , but either they're trying to hide how bad the condition is, or truly have no clue.
I used to search for ads with misspelled words like "Doge", or just a make without a model listed. I bought my '69 Coronet in California in 1989 from a newspaper ad that said "1969 Dodge, doesn't run, need gone, $1,000". Turned out to be a 2-door Coronet 440 with a 318 somebody tried to get running to help the woman. We pushed it into the street, set the choke, pulled the distributor to put in a set of points and condenser and reset the timing, and I drove it home 20 minutes later. Drove it for the 3 years I was at Vandenberg AFB.
I replied to him. He said it's got an engine knock, but offered to text me more pics. For someone within a couple hours, might be worth looking into.
