Shorty 1964 Belvedere

Was looking at the "Own a piece of Chrysler history" thread and the link pulled up the local (to me) market place page. This was one of the cars listed.

I saw it on the local consignment lot last week but didn't stop in.

I've always liked shorties if it's the right car.......not sure how I feel about this one. . I'm not interested in it as I'm currently trying to sell my own 57 Plymouth.

If anybody is interested in it I could stop by and take a look at it if you contact me. By the way, not mine, nor have I seen it around locally so I don't know who consigned it.

I knew what car it was before I even clicked the link. When it was last discussed here, the owner was trying to sell it (or his family? I don't remember) but I see a dealer now has it.

For what it is, it doesn't look too bad to me. I'd bop around in it, but not for $16K.......

This is worse than any donk or Lambo door equipped vehicle.

my opinion, if someone wanted that roof line, why didn't they just leave the length of the car alone, and make an "el-vedere" out of it ?

Yup..I don't know why people would do this..if it was a four door, it would have been better to leave it.
