Seems fairly cheap, if the repairs aren't too spendy.
Paint is beat on the upper surfaces, likely it was always an AZ truck; meaning little to no rust.

Oh, for $3K I'd snap that up in a minute if it was in my neighborhood...and I don't need it.
Of course, that's assuming the rest of the truck is clean too.

I wonder why it has a "rebuilt" title?

What did it look like before the "rebuild"?
