FAKE T/A for sale on FB. BEWARE

Local to me, almost bought it but thankfully I had a weird feeling about it so I did more research.
This car is noted in the Hamtramck registry as an ILLEGAL vin swap / re-body. After calling out the owner (who is the one that built it & owned it the last 30+ years) he admitted knowing it and removed the Facebook marketplace ad yesterday. As of today he is now listing it on his brothers Facebook page as real again. Buyer beware. Aside from the illegal vin swap, it has a fiberglassed trunk pan, no inner fender black out, bondo cracking in all lowers, random paint blends/ touch ups, underside of the hood is all cut out and a mess… lots of issues for what looked to be a great deal on a TA. Just warning everyone. Thanks !
