How does he know? Exactly what I'd expect from someone who takes their pix on the trailer.

Car looks pretty good for the price- flip or not. I agree good brakes on a car that doesn't move under its own power is pretty interesting.

Maybe since the brakes stopped it from going off the edge of the trailer they are good
