If it was closer, I would be heading there right now...

Sounds like you are close already. NW Kansas is right on the border with Colorado, how much closer does something have to be..lol

Its just right down the road from my other farm if you need someone to look at it. Probably 20 miles from me now.

I know, I know. But its still a 3 hour drive each way. I do most of my running around within an hour or so from the house. I used to long haul for Mopars all the time. I don't know how many Chargers I pulled out of southern Texas, but those days are in my rear view mirror....

Yep....for how much. I think I am going to go take a road trip. I sadly view it as a parts truck, but it could help complete 2 other Power wagons I am putting together.

Were the 1989 to 1992 Throttle Body injection systems trouble prone?

I had one and the only issue i had during the 200K it had was the idle motor needed to replaced. Fuel pump and filter also.

Biggest / most common issue was the pan on the metal pan on bottom of the intake leaked oil

Correct on the '94-up Magnums ("Kegger" intake): the stamped steel plate often lost it's seal, resulting in oil sukcing from the lifter valley- causing oil induced detionation, valve coking and whatever else. The 1st Gen TBI used a more traditional intake, which was a single piece casting.
