'78 Macho (I think)

I don't recall ever seeing a Macho four speed. Didn't think they produced any. Needs owner that does metal work.

I think they did. Hell, a 4 speed truck is the very definition of Macho! Looks real but boy does it need work.

Yes, 4 speed was definitely available. There is a nice western survivor Macho in my area that is a factory 4sp.

Must've been very few this is the first I recall seeing.
