I bought 5 of them at a local mopar yard last summer for $250. A lot of surface rust/some pockmarks, I had to get them off the car AND dismount the tires myself. Not an awesome deal but they cleaned up well and are holding air.

I bought a couple Diplomat wheels way back when (2008ish) from local yard. same deal, had to get them off the car, were a little pitted but cleaned up pretty good. They were $60 for the pair and I had to get rid of the junk tires on them.

the nice thing about these wheels, the only crustyness on them is just the rubber junk left on the bead seats, and the dirt and usual crap on the back sides.
as to the cop wheels, they are ready to mount tires, and the paint on the inner rim and back side is good to go. unless one wants to re-paint the silver powder coat on the face.
i guess i need to take a few pictures and post, in case anyone here is interested and will be going to carlisle.

I just bought a set of the cop wheels about a month ago. They were listed for a while, paid around $225 for them i think. Been repainted before and could stand it again to be real nice looking but decent as-is.
