14 X 6.5 Steel Wheels

After a lot of help from other members I am pretty sure these are 1968 "C" body station wagon wheels or over the counter Hustle Stuff race wheels for drag cars.

Either way they seem quite rare and date coded for Sept of '67. They are in nice shape any clue to value?
