Howdy guys. I normally just cruise through some of the stuff on here and don't post much but I thought that I would throw this out there. I have been doing custom fabrication and restoration work for a very long time and yes I can custom fab anything you may want or need. Grill inserts are not a problem either. Stainless steel or aluminum or chrome plate work is all ok by me. Here is a photo of my latest project that I did for one of my customers. A polished aluminum bumper, brackets, mid valance and the lower valance for a 1963 Max Wedge Dodge. These all started out as just flat pieces of alloy sheet. I specialize in difficult compound shapes and have the proper equipment to do the job right. Cheers! JC.

ty for the reply jc, your work looks great. as you can tell my project is a one of a kind. im looking for something unique. the original 41 grille was just to plain . im looking for a set of shark teeth that mirror each other. the opening are rough and i want the inserts to give a finished look .i hope that doesn't sound to strange lol. bill

Thanks for the kind words there Bill. I don't come on here so much when things are busy. I can build what ever you want. Normally I work on a time plus materials basis and some of these deals can get rather involved. A simple drawing of what you are thinking about would give me some idea of what it is you are after. It can be a simple flat shape of shark teeth on up to something 3d and very elaborate. OF course there is the materials to consider as well as the finish on them. Polished stainless or alloy or plated steel it really is up to you. I made a grill insert for a 1951 Jag XK120 roadster that I restored. It was brass that was chrome plated and it turned out beautiful. I basically took what was left of three original grills to make one nice unit so anything can be done. Thanks, JC.

jc, i would unbolt the front end and bring it to you, if it meant getting a new look on my car. right now i have perferated steel behind the opening, the original opening is so rough .the original stainless trim was about a inch wide ,and i just wanted to get a new look. do you mind telling me where you are located? i can bend a sheet of material that would hold the shape and the size but it would be better if you had the front to fit it to. bill
