B&M 144 supercharger

in need of a little help... just picked up a B&M 144 for my mopar 318 for in my 1948 dodge coupe a little about it the 318 is a stock bottom end had a little head work done and a mopar purple shafe cam (from what i get from mopar it is nother more than a modern 340mopar came 1200to 3500 rpm range with a proforma intake and a 600cfm elderbrock trans is a stock early 518 2 wire rear is a ford 8.8 with a 3.23 gear will be running 1989/1992 magnum exhust thru 2.5 inch pipes can anyone tell me if it should be ok for a street driver (well never see the dragstrip) any help on parts for the B&M 144 let me know

I used to have a b&m 144 on a slant six mine needed new teflon strips on the rotors I tried to buy them but the only way to get new ones was to send the whole unit back and have them rebuild it they would not sell any parts and the stips where smaller then any thing on a larger super charger

this unit has just been rebuilt so maybe it'll last ubltil im gonr lol
