1941 Willys convertible.
it has a
440/727 and narrowed 8 3/4 rearend and motor wheel spyder wheels.

The front ones on that car are 15x6's and I had the rear ones made in to 15x14's when I started that car about 18 years ago.
there was a guy in Rochester NY that did wheels for me and I had a bunch of spyder wheels so I had them made from a pr of 14x6's that he used the centers from.

Willys did make open cars , but they were mainly for export . Nice choice of the Spyders too , something different !

Ron,Did you build that car?I love the Willys hardtop,but it does look good as a 'vert!Those spyders look like the wheels on your old angle chopped van-you had a couple sets maybe?

when I moved out here to CA I brought that car body with me and started building it for a friend, I built a chassis and did the engine,trans,rear end,mustang front end and 9"rear end with ladder bars. I didn't paint it or do the top, when It left my house it was drivable but not painted, Jack did a nice job finishing the car up. my brother sent me these pics of the car done Ron...

ude either have to kil or rob a bank,,ive seen them for sale over the years,,yikes,,you would think your buying a nitro burning HEMI,,lol
