1949 Plymouth sedan - 06/15/08 02:23 AM

Anyond have any picts to show if you can make one of the "shoebox" looking sedans cool? I am looking for a 46-48 in my area, and this 49 came up. I like the older suicide doors better than the traditional sedan style set up. Let's see them if you got them.

I prefer the rounded 46-48 bodies, but there is a guy over on HAMB that just chopped a shoebox. Made a big difference.

It went from "grandma" to "rod" instantly. That's pretty cool. I'm gonna move away from the 60's into the 40's and I already have my eye on a 41 plymouth sedan.

Desoto's are cool, too. This one is a 1949, pretty much the same as your Plymouth but with an obviously different grill.

Those are some awesom cars. I am still convinced that for me to buy a 49 and newer, it will have to be a 2dr. The sedans will have to stay 48 and earlier. I love the 3 window cars!!!!!
