36 Plymouth door locks

I am replacing the door lock on my coupe. On this model the cylinder lock is on the passenger side. I have a new cylinder lock assembly with keys. My problem is there is nothing in the door that connects the cylinder shaft to the locking mechanism. Anybody know what I am missing? And where to get it?

Hopefully someone will reply. I have a 37 dodge and Id like to re-place my lock as I dont have any keys.

I;ve never even pulled the panel to see what....or if I even had all the parts.
