Anyone run sb Chrysler in a fox mustang??? Looking to go racing with Mopar buddies at Mopars at the strip next year, and need to part with the sbf for the weekend.

You will have to run a motor plate and a 904 trans. I could help with both 
. Might be easier to make valve cover adapters and lie.

Just for the weekend? Save yourself the hassle and either switch for good or stay with your current combo.

Was going to try it in a friends car once. Got as far as getting a 727, bare block, heads and seeing if my headers would possibly work. It had a qa1 k member and I believe we could get them to fit but we would of had to cut the motor mounts off the k member. Didn't want to make it a pita to switch back so decided against going through with it.

There is a guy around here that has a 440 -727 in one. He said it fit rite in.

Its amazing how well different motors fit in that engine compartment. Ever seen a BB chevy in one? It looks right at home and easy to work on.

go over to forabodiesonly.com and look up lxguy i think is his name he did it and ran very well. now he has a dart..i think he is a member here not sure of the user name ..mike

MoparMatt, or something like that, has one. He is from Kansas or Neb or one of those states. There is a local guy to me that has a B1 headed BB in one, it looks great and runs well.

duster440w8 on here had one with his 440" w8 motor in it. Best way would be glide and motorplate.

The guy with the 440" W8 motor in the Fox Body, name is Jesse. He is local to me, but has since sold the Fox and Bought a 70 Duster to put his motor into.

I had a SB with a 727 and a Glide.

If i show up with the one of the most hated cars in history to an all Mopar event, i better have a pentastar product under the hood. I imagine they will look deep at tech.
