Will a pair of h1e turbos work good on anything?
How bout on a stock 360 with j heads in an 83 4x4. I have 2 of these turbos and want to try them on something to get a little experience about them. This is my spare truck so it don't need alot of boost I would like to keep it halfway dependable but with a little more power in the mud and on the street would be nice. Thanks

buy a copy of MAXIMUN BOOST by Corky Bell./
while not race oriented it will explain the fundamentals.
I found it explains the functions and relationship of the various parts

That would be fine. looks like t4 flange. those look like they may give a back pressure issiue so I would say just dont go crazy. Ive got a 6g72 and using a triple k out of a volks on only two cylinders no waste gate so its open. That one is putting out 4lbs which is all I need.

The important things to measure would be the intake Millimeter and the Exhaust Outlet Millimeter.'
Then to figure out which housings the exhaust housings were and what size engine to size them to.
Should be easy enough to size them...bust out the Millimeter Ruler!
But I'll save you the effort and tell you No...Unless your messing with a 3.0-4.0 V6
Best I can tell 60mm com. Side and 64 exhaust side and I do have 2 of these for the 360 if needed. T-4 flange.

Might want to measure them but I am pretty sure they are T3 flanged... I might be thinking of the H1C though.
