Jeff, There is a campground just across the street from ORP. Plenty of parking there. I'm not sure inside the track if you could stay. I can get you the camp ground info if you want. I live about an hour north of Indy. Take care, Jeff

When I posted months ago, I was told yes you can stay at the track! - If I could not stay then I would pass on this deal and go to Clay City and run I believe the following week. HEMI JOE

You can stay at the track during regular weekend bracket races...I would think it would be the same policy for Monster Mopar Weekend.

pre-registered RACERS AND VENDORS can get into the track on thursday. Gates will be open around 9:00 am

Josh, I'm getting my Ram pickup ready for this event. In the middle of putting my engine back together along with a fresh transmission and converter. Hate to do it, but cutting the truck up for a roll bar.

In one of the magazines 2 page ad on MMW for the SAT box/no box race
says 200 participants can you clarify?
I believe you have to be entered in one of the others class's to race that race .100% payback .
The word is getting out that you'll have a Sat race .
And if their is enough participants and things on schedule a gamblers race for Friday could still go on .

There will be a Fridays gamblers race, no question about it.
The Saturday box no box race is 100% payback to the racers.
So if 200 cars enter saturdays race, which is $40.00, then we will have $8000 to split up to the racers. Box will have a purse, no box will have a purse, then we will put some bonus money in a pot and make the box guy race the no box guy for the bonus money.

Sharadon here. Yes you can. In fact I got beat in the first round last year by a 74 Challenger with a Gen III 5.7.

Q32 eliminations are on Saturday and Super Pro elims are on Sunday, so you can easily run both classes if you wish.

Super Pro elims are on Sunday. The box/no box elims are on Saturday.

Will the Q32 be run 16 open/16 full body? or open to the quickest 32 on the grounds? Either way, anyone have a guess what the bump will be for a door car?

Well Josh can confirm this as I haven't gone over every detail with him yet, we are looking at 16 dragsters, 16 door cars with an initial bump of 8.30 that will change if we don't have a full field.
The ladder will be door cars on one side and dragsters/roadsters on the other with a door car vs open car final round.

Seems that is the same way as before at the Monster Mopar event. I think it was only a quick 16 though right? My memory is fading, but it seemed that the bump on the door car side (two years ago) was in the 8.40 range. I know there will be alot of quick door cars there.
