Team MIR Wins Summit Team Finals in Rockingham - 10/28/10 03:16 PM

For the fourth straight year in a row, it seemed as if Greer Dragway was going to run away once again with the championship! But team MIR (Maryland International Raceway), came back from 3rd place to win the title.

The tide started to shift in large part due to the incredible driving of the MIR Mod ET racers (footbrake class in this IHRA Division). Not only did MIR win the team points (round wins) total, but their drivers won both the Mod ET and Top ET (electronics) classes!

It is good to see MIR winning this title again, like we did years ago.
A special congratulations to Robert Robertson in Mod ET and Steve Witherow Sr. in Top ET.
