She's Home

Gonna sit for awhile finishing the car, but super stoked...!!!!!!

Threw a couple of spare 600 Holley's on it for the pics....it will get Edelbrock 600's but I had to put one on the boy's truck...it liked it....now to get another...

Wanted to go smooth cast on the valve covers, but couldn't find any, so ordered a fabbed set and actually very impressed with the quality and look

The trans has been sitting here waiting...

Gotta Thank Andre for the awesome deal on the shifter and parts though...awesome

Now too just gather up the funds to finish

Big shout out to Jimmy for donating the heads...they cleaned up awesome

J-Heads I got donated from Jimmy....2.02 / 1.60 they had been previously ported...we cleaned-em up added a bowl cut to the port job, blended everything in by hand....nothing exotic...

Still got the stock 3.09 low in that ball/trunion box? That should make that T-ram go with a nice easy street gear in the back

sure that oil filter adaptor goes that way in the car?

never seen one point that way,allways to the rear on every one i have removed

I know some of the smogger dippys/furys have 2 fingers that line up with a ridge on the block to "clock it" to fit

but thats on R and M bodys

is it just stuck on while sitting there?

man looks like I need to make a road trip when it comes time to fire the cyls off

but..it would make a nice break in ride up this way

need some stripes in front of my house anyways

YEP....has a 742 8.75 suregrip 3.23 now....will see how that works out....but I'm thinking maybe 3.91's down the road

It's just temporary to get it primed....going with a remote setup once in the car

Let me know on the "Mopars in the Park" deal and also see there's a truck deal coming up at SGMP December 11th....

Got the valve covers from "Autonets" on fleabay $130 shipped....I was actually very impressed with the quality and fitment....they are huge for a small block, and won't interfere with alternator fitment....they were dead square, all bolts (stainless) dropped right in and bolted up

The only deal was having to stack the gaskets two thick to clear the intake, but love the look

Was very impressed with the quality and fitment for $75....couldn't resist....was half expecting to be dissapointed, but it was a nice surprise....rare these days
