Harland Sharp Question

How can ya tell a 1.5 from a 1.6 rocker? Mine are an older set with nothing laser etched on them, and Previous owner thought they are 1.5s.

I guess I should call Harland Sharp, Mine are on the way too them to get a rebuild job.

Their web site shows the 1.5s pushrod oil hole a little bit farther from the adjuster base than the 1.6 but They never say in the reading.

Thats for a big block, Mine is a small block, sorry I should have had that in the origional post.

Thats the picture on their site, Its bigger there, and It looks like the only diff is the hole location.

You have to think like a lever.

To get more lift ( higher ratio ) , the driven side needs to be closer to the pivot.
This isn't much help when you don't have a dimension or different piece to compare it to.
But you can tell from the pic that the 1.5 hole is closer to the edge of the arm.
Doesn't matter which block it is for , that's just how geometry works.

look at the edge of the adjuster holes in relation to the center of the rocker shatfs, the 1.5 is way closer to the outside edge of the rocker arm than the 1.6 is . To change the ratio they move the adjuster in closer to the rocker shafts
