Mike, I hope you like florida, that was my home for 24 yrs. growing up, my brother still lives there, he works at Disney, i've thought about maybe going back, but i don't like "heat" anymore.

My wife is a teacher and has 3 1/2 years before she can retire and buy the rest of her years out we wanted to buy somthing to have when we retire I will be 43 then and hoping to take it a little bit easy

Been hearing the Palmdale rumors for years....would be a perfect location since there isn't chit out there and about a 45 minute haul for me.....
