66 Dodge NSS Street car in Seattle- who is this???

My sales partner was in Seattle this week for work and he snapped this pic of this 66 Dodge in downtown Seattle area. I think this is SOOOOO neat to see this on the street, and I believe it was a chick? Could it be, I have a long lost sister? HAHAHA.

Yes it is a chick. I've driven next to her down 405 in my dart. Can't say I know anything beyond that. The car sounds pretty mild.
