i'm looking at buying a barnes 5 stage oil pump for my dry sump system, how are they?
don't want to waste my money. thanks in advance.

There were a lot of Barnes dry-sump pumps out there on Sprint Cars & road racers last time I was involved with those cars.

Barnes is a top dog pump along with peterson and weaver bros was another good one, mostly used in oval track engines so you know theyer tuff

Is there any difference between roundy & drag pumps,,or just the baffles in the pan?

i heard that the barnes oil pump robs hp from the motor compared to a peterson or razor.
