Motive gear ????

Took the car out last night and cleaned the ring gear was looking on Summits web site and the only 4:30 gear they have in stock is one called motive gear,I have no experience with these and was wondering if any one else dose they have 4:11 but I'm not sure about going from a 4:56to a 4:11 any one have any thoughts

I have installed a number of the Motive gears sets with no problems
