The grind number (669476) looks like a Crane number. I couldn't find that number. It looks like the durations are 285@.050" intake and 295 exhaust. The question is the LSA, is it 106 or 116? If it is 116, then it's probably a blown alcohol cam.

Comp Cams has a baseline SS cam with similar specs. See the attached PDF. I'd guess around .750"-.800" lift. You should be able to get a rough idea by measuring the lobes with a caliper. It won't be perfect, but probably within 10-20%.
