he ran a 8.79 @ 154 and won the last round the guy he ran almost came in his lane and got outta it kurt won 500.00 to take his crew out for lunch...i just looked at the vid. i took of it....but i think on his 1st pass was 8.71 at 156..and he did lose out when he ran in the 4 wide but got to ran the berrta that came into his lane..

I spoke to his engine builder in the pits before Kurt got to the track. They were only running 19 lbs. of boost and he said it would run about 8.75...which it did. He said he can turn it up to 45 lbs of boost...cant wait to see that pass!!!!

I don't even mean the engine not holding up. The turbo/ engine combo would never make 45 lbs of boost. Prob about a max of 26-27 lbs IMO.

I'm 99% sure it was a 91mm and with almost 400 ci would never even come close to 45lbs. Now that turbo will make 45 lbs on a 4cyl engine.

Yeah he wouldnt make that boost on 400ci with that
small of a turbo but yes it may make that on a 4 banger

AND with a bank roll that big.Mopar is helping too.The thing should run 6.90s.I think they only broke 3 or 4 motors.One more thing put some damn interior in the car,looking like Joe crap the rag.
