Norwalk Sunday....I'll be there! - 04/15/10 08:31 PM

Hoping to put the finishing touches on the car this weekend and be ready to test on Sunday. If nothing else I will be there for my chassis cert @ 2:45.

and hope that I will be posting some new best numbers on late Sunday night after the break in.

It was'nt good

I di find that the car drives straight and the motor is gonna make some serious steam, but had major trans problems right off the bat, suspect the valve body or converter is bad. Here was the numbers from best pass.
1.657 60'
4.3? 330
6.50 660 @ 111
10.11 1320 @ 134
Car sould not hold apply on low gear and crawled out of the hole. I am thinking that if every .01 in 60' is worth .02 at stripe then I will be really happy when low gear is fixed. Would figure 9.20's may be attainable. Chassis did pass recert and everything else that was done at BG's is great. Will probably get out again before Columbus CC, but who knows? Will also likely have the 1050 Dominator going on at that event.
