Project almost finished, update w/ video

Thought you guys might like to see some pics of the pregress I made lately. My challenger is almost completely done with just some minor things to finish. Still have to finish the hood, front bumper, some flooring, finetuning the engine & chassis, window moldings etc. but it will be ready for our 1st event in June. Can't wait to make some runs in it as it will be completely different compared to my old street/strip combo. At least that's how it currently feels.

Just took it out of the garage today to give it's 1st wash and while I thought to see how it shifted, braked, steers etc. Was the 1st time running out of the garage so no action videos yet. Of course did film something otherwise you guys would be shouting for video's

Mike, it's a 'just' pumpgas using KB block 4.5 bore x 4.15 stroke so 528ci of Hemi. Ran it for 5yrs in my street/strip mid 10's @ 3800lbs with all kind of electical troubles. Now it's all new it sounds like I gained 100hp

It has a Bullet flat tappet solid cam in it;
283@050 duration w/ 667/646 valvelift

Gives a nice loopy idle

I would think about adding a rear spoiler to make an even nastier look. What type of hood are you going to use?

Yes, will be a hand full with that 3rd pedal in it, makes a lot of fun

As for the hood for now I'll run the one I got along with the car. The older style pro stock hood. You know, the one with a mailbox on top of it
Not my favorite, but for now it's easy and cheap.
