broken FAST XFI box?

Any of you FAST XFI users run into this before?
the plastic lens on my brand new box is cracked and I'm hoping it's just the stupid lens and that it will work fine


is there any way to function check this thing besides wiring it up in a car?
if not I'll just send it back to Comp Cams

Thats a led correct(just to show its powered up)
if so I would think it would be wired in parallel
so that they dont pull all of the power thru the
led..... so I beleieve it should work just fine
but I dont know for fact
