PINKS - Sonoma 2010 Entry fee question...

I'm filling out my Entry form, and noticed there are only fees for either Starting Line VIP or regular Main Grandstand spectator tickets. Did I already pay the regular "Competitor" entry fee when I called in to get an entry? My bank changed hands and I no longer can search transactions that far back.
